1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings and their interpretation will remain the same wherever they appear in this document.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" — xx999's website, mobile application and all related services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who has registered on the xx999 platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — the personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds in the account, comprising real money and bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" — incentive money granted by xx999 that cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — the process of verifying your identity (Know Your Customer).

Any term used in the plural in this document also applies in the singular and vice versa. Terms implying the masculine gender also apply to the feminine.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the xx999 platform and participate in any game or betting service, the user must be at least 21 years of age. If a minor is found using the platform, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Conditions

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the xx999 support team immediately.

3.2 Verification (KYC)

xx999 may verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. xx999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. This is part of fraud prevention and security measures.

3.3 Updating Account Information

To change your name, email or payment details after registration, contact the xx999 support team and submit the required documents. Account details cannot be transferred to another person's name.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on the xx999 platform are currently accepted via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if verification is required.

4.3 Payment Processing Conditions

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made under the same name and the same account.
• Transactions from or to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• If unusual activity is suspected in any transaction, xx999 reserves the right to investigate.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if the account has not been verified.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

xx999 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 10 times — meaning the wagering requirement for a ৳1,000 bonus will be ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus may only be usable on specified games or bets.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If a new bonus is claimed while one is already active, the previous one may be cancelled.
• If misuse or manipulation of the bonus system is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The xx999 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Separate rules apply for slots, live casino, sports betting and other services on xx999. It is the user's responsibility to understand the individual rules of each game. If a technical error is found in any game, the relevant bet may be deemed void.

6.2 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed unless xx999 considers it in special circumstances. In sports betting, a cancellation request submitted before a match begins may be accepted, but this is at xx999's sole discretion.

6.3 Technical Issues

• Using software, bots or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberate misuse of the bonus system or coordinated manipulation.
• Unauthorised access to other users' accounts or hacking attempts.
• Conducting transactions under a third party's name or using their account.
• Any action that damages xx999's reputation or disrupts the functioning of the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by xx999

xx999 may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of the conditions mentioned above, suspicious activity or security-related reasons. xx999 is not always required to disclose the reason for closure.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, contact the xx999 support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure, but bonus funds will be cancelled.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

xx999 may take action on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with its specific policy. The owner of such an account will be notified in advance by email.

9 Responsible Gaming
